The University of Warwick will process your personal data provided in this online application form for the purposes of processing your registration and attendance at the Warwick in London event and contacting you with relevant information in relation to the event and any other news and events about the University, if you have ticked the relevant box above.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract/legal obligation or consent, which is obtained through your submission of this online form.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick. 

In order to process this data, it will be transferred outside the EEA to be held on the server of the software provider for the booking system. Your personal data will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for a period of six years after the event has taken place unless you indicated above that you wish to receive information about other news and events about the University.
